Project Updates: Progress and Developments

We're excited to share updates on a few of our current projects, each at various stages of development. Here's a glimpse into the progress and what lies ahead for these distinctive projects.

Airbnb Investment Project

Having commenced over a year ago, this Farmington Home is nearing its final stages. The hard finishes are complete, and we are now focusing on the final touches. This includes wiring electricity, adding interior furniture, lighting, ducting, and installing the air conditioning system. The next phase will be landscaping, which will enhance the home’s exterior and integrate it seamlessly with its surroundings. We are excited to see the potential of this property as it will be listed as an Airbnb and will have the opportunity to be rented out for possible TV shows.

International Project

Our current international project is the Canadian Cabin renovation. With interior designs finalized and furniture sourced, we recently completed the demolition and framing of new walls. The next steps include painting and installing all furniture, bringing the renovated space to life. This is EHD’s first project in Canada and it has been a great gaining experience in a different market and making connections with global sources.

Belgian Commercial Project

Working with a home automation company from Belgium, this showroom in Little Cottonwood Canyon has made significant strides. All construction work is done, and we are now concentrating on the finishing touches. This involves painting, flooring, cabinetry installation, and furniture setup. Given that this showroom will feature home automation, wiring took considerable time to plan and execute due to the extensive electrical requirements.

Californian Estate

For this expansive property in California, we have completed the design and approval of all interiors. Our current focus is on designing the landscaping and sourcing exterior materials, including lights, gates, and more. We anticipate breaking ground very soon, marking the transition from design to construction. This will be one of our largest homes to date and we are excited to see all the designs come to life.

Mountain Modern Park City Home

This Mountain Modern Home is in the early stages of the design process. We are diligently designing the interior layouts and programming the spaces. Simultaneously, we are iterating and refining the exterior design. We are eager to see how this project evolves as the design takes shape.
